The inspection and maintenance of slide 1.1 For relatively smooth slides which people can walk on the waterway, check each slide for the following points before using the equipment every day. (I) Obstacle on the slide! (2) Cracks, debris, and blistering on the surface of the slide. (3) Whether the joint is rough or broken. (4) Is the seal at the joint cracked? (5) Is there any deformation at the turn? (6) Whether there is any abnormal shaking problem when walking on the waterway? (7) Whether the interface is loose?   For high-risk and high-speed slides, people cannot walk on the waterway to check. This type of daily inspection is as follows:   (I) Observing the stains and breakage points on the surface from a distance. (2) Perform a test slip by the test slipper to observe whether there is abnormally shaken about the part or the entire structure! (3) Let the test personnel record the place where the surface of the slide way is rough and relevant problems.   1.2 Slide maintenance   Cleaning: When there is stain on the surface of the slide, use a soft bristle brush and a neutral detergent to clean the dust, grease and sunscreen on the slide. For stains that cannot be cleaned, they can be repaired with varnish or lacquer wax after polish.   Waxing: Fiberglass need to be waxed by high-quality waxes at least twice a year. In general, before waxing, the black spots and faded places should be polished to its original gloss by a good-quality brightener. Waxing can prevent fading caused by long-term exposure to ultraviolet light. The more often the surface is waxed, the longer it lasts.   It is important to note that we need to be very careful when using tools such as polishing, do not to overheat the surface. Polishing overheating can cause sand-like particles on the surface of the slide, causing blisters and streaks. This requires repainting.   Repair: Normal use can also cause debris and cracks on the fiberglass slide. (2) Wash with acetone, and let it dry. (3) Use two masking tapes for the area to be covered. (4) Apply the repair mixture to the repaired area with a putty knife. Note: These places must be dry and clean, free of dirt such as dust and sand. (5) Keep the repaired area dry and 20 minutes to 1 hour needed to harden. (6) After the repaired area is hardened, polish the area and the surrounding area with 100 mesh sandpaper. Note: Sanding may move and cover masking tape. Paste it before painting. (7) Apply a gel coat with a brush. Hardening takes 20-60 minutes. Note: Oil brushes and other Tools must be cleaned with acetone. (8) After the gel coat is dried, the tape is peeled off, polished with a polishing tool and 220-320 mesh wet sandpaper, and then polished with a 600 mesh sandpaper. (9) Wash the painted surface with a polisher and water. (10) Waxing. Note: Repair tools include toxic, corrosive, and flammable items. How to save energy in the construction of a water park? In order to achieve the effect of energy saving, we must first consider it from the beginning of planning. To illustrate this problem, we will start from the specific design. First, the combination of the lazy river and surf pool can save energy. Anyone who is engaged in professional design knows that there is at least two or three high-power axial flow pumps for a surf pool(flow rider), and the flow rate per unit is generally 1000m3/h. Taking three 55KW axial flow pump surf pool as an example, the flow rate of three axial flow pumps is 3000m3/h. If we take water from the lazy river, when the surf pool is running, collect the water together and then lead it to the lazy river through the river channel, which can completely promote a 400-meter-long lazy river. At present, most of the lazy rivers designed in China and abroad use pipeline pumps. A 400-meter river channel (3-4 meters wide) requires at least four 30KW pumps, with a total power of 120KW and a power consumption of 120 degrees per hour. Running for 10 hours, then the power consumption of one day is 1200 degrees. The total power per hour of surf pool is 165KW, which is 10 hours a day, which is 1650 kWh. Then the two devices in the lazy river and surf pool consume a total of 2,850 degrees a day. If we take this into account when planning our design, we can save 1200 kWh per day. Of course, in planning and design, it is also necessary to consider which part of the lazy river to take water, and which part of the water supply is also very important. I won’t go into details here, which is why our water park investors are looking for professional design companies. Second, the organic combination of the lazy river and the water dragon can also save energy. A 300-meter-long water dragon usually has a 4-5 ascending slope. Each high-altitude slope requires a large-flow high-lift pump. The power of the pump varies from 45KW, 55KW, 75KW, and 90KW. The size is based on the height of the climb. At the time of design, we can consider collecting the water discharged from the water dragon, and organically participate in the push flow through the circulation river introduced by the pipe network. It can also save tens of kilowatt hours per hour. The third is that almost all the slides use running water. The position of the pump house is also very important. The farther the pump house is from the water supply point, the greater the loss of the pipe head. In addition, if the pipe design of the same equipment room is unreasonable, the elbow is too much. The head loss is also very large. This is why different equipment manufacturers choose different pump powers. A large-scale (equal investment of about 30 million) water parks, different manufacturers, through design optimization and organic combination total power gap of around 300KW is a common thing. Therefore, when we choose equipment manufacturers, we should not only look at the price of equipment, but also the comprehensive technical capabilities and level of this company. This is energy saving from the perspective of planning and design, and now talk about energy saving from the perspective of equipment design. In order to illustrate the problem, it will also be briefly described in the specific equipment case. The first is the push flow of the lazy river. Is it more reasonable to use a pipeline pump (small flow, large lift) or an axial flow pump? Here is a case I have done. The lazy river of Tianshanhai World Phase I of Shijiazhuang is 3-4 meters wide and 200 meters long. The operation of the lazy river can be carried out with a 22KW axial flow pump. The flow rate of the river is close to 1 m/s. If a pipe pump is used to push the flow, to achieve a flow rate of 1 m / s, at least two 22 kW pipe pumps are required. This saves at least one pump. Second, with the advancement of technology, there are more and more kinds of slides, and people are getting higher and higher in order to pursue stimulation. We carry out individualized design according to different projects, which also puts higher requirements on various equipment manufacturers. When designing the slides, our technicians should make full use of the water discharged from the high-level slides to participate in the lubrication of the low-level slides, which can also achieve the purpose of energy saving. The third is to achieve energy saving by improving the process of tsunami wave making. The height of the tsunami pool is relatively high, and it is easy to make a high wave at the beginning of the tsunami. We can use the program to control the vacuum pump vacuum and the valve opening time, so that the wave can be gradually increased, and the energy saving can be achieved. In addition, the tsunami wave can be saved without using a vacuum pump instead of a pump. The above is how to save energy in the water park from two aspects. One is considered from the time of planning and design, and the second is from the time of equipment design. There are still many ways to save energy, such as how to make reasonable use of the difference between low peaks and peaks during the operation process, and reasonably turn on and turn off some equipment.
